If you wish to return the purchased product, you can do so within 14 days from the date of the delivery. Remember that we need to receive the product before we refund your purchase.

Unfortunately, if 14 days from the delivery date pass, you will be unable to return the product.

What do you need to do to return the product to us?

1. Contact us under this e-mail address: hello@sbfl.pl  to inform us of the return.
2. The product cannot have any signs of being used.
3. The product must have all the original, paper tags.
4. Product must be returned with proof of purchase – without it, refund will not be accepted.
5. Please remember to use a packaging that will prevent any damages during the delivery process.
6. Please download the return form HERE and DO NOT FORGET to send it along with the returned product.

Please remember that we do not cover the shipping costs of the return delivery. If you follow the above instruction, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible. By default your original payment method will be refunded.
